We are seeking motivated and fluent English speaking Call Center Agents to join our team for a project-based role. The position involves making outbound calls to leads in the UAE region, ensuring excellent communication. Office Timings:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads in the UAE region.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volumes and lead conversions.
- Report feedback and trends to the team leader for process improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in English with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Experience in outbound calling or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with call center software is a plus.
